The findings highlight key strengths and areas for improvement, providing insights into customer expectations and perceptions. The study also explores the impact of digital banking services on customer satisfaction. The results can help ICICI Bank enhance its service delivery and customer relationship management strategies to maintain competitive advantage and ensure long-term customer loyalty
